- On EVERY SUNDAY, some doctors ONLY bulk bill for children under 16 yrs of age or who hold valid Centrelink Concession card holders (Pensioner card or health care card).
Patients who hold valid Medicare card only will charge the gap as below:

Please note that bulk-billing is NOT available for the following:
- Visits covered by WorkCover
- IHMS(International Health & Medical Services) patients
- Patients without Medicare cover of any kind; e.g. International Visitors & students
- New Patients or who have not been to our clinic more than 3 years
For those NOT eligible for Medicare bulk-billing, the standard fees are as follows. Payments are to be made at the time of consultation :

After Hours Care
If you have an urgent Medical issue that is life Threatening Emergencies please call “000” for an Ambulance or go to the nearest Emergency Department e.g. Canterbury Hospital
For non-urgent matters that still require after hours attention, we have engaged an after-hours Doctors service who can arrange home visits and a fee will be charged. Please call 0406697390 outside of the normal practice hours.
Home visits
For existing local area patients only, medically or physically unable to attend the surgery, home visits can be booked at the discretion of the treating doctor.
After Hours Care
Before 11:00 pm or after 7:00 am $300.00 (item 585)
After 11:00 pm to 7:00 am $500.00 (item 599)
