Campsie Family Medical Centre is a BULK BILLING practice for all patients with FULL Medicare Cards.

Please ensure you bring your current Medicare card, Health Care Card or Pension Card to your first appointment or consultation (if applicable).

Please feel free to contact our Reception staff for any further queries regarding fees.

 

Please note that bulk-billing is NOT available for the following:

·  Visits covered by WorkCover

·  IHMS(International Health & Medical Services) patients

·  Patients without Medicare cover of any kind; e.g. International Visitors & students

 

For those NOT eligible for Medicare bulk-billing, the standard fees are as follows. Payments are to be made at the time of consultation (CASH ONLY):

Initial $90      Review $50(Monday to Friday)

Initial $100    Review $60(Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays)

ECG (Electrocardiogram)

Pregnancy Test

$15

Medical Examination

$120 (20 mins)

$150 (20-40 mins)
