From 1/2/2025, all New patients and who have not been to our clinic more than 3 years, there will be a GAP charge for the first visit. On every Sunday, we only bulk bill patients who under 16 years old or hold Pensioner cards or Health Care cards. But Some doctors have different criteria. Please ask our friendly staffs.
Free Flu vaccine available for eligible patients.

Ultrasound service available on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Please call us to make appointment.
Covid 19 Vaccine Booster available for over the age of 18.
Telehealth available for eligible patients who visited our clinic in the last 12 months.

Conditions of entry - you MUST wear mask.

If you have any flu like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat etc), please have Rapid Antigen Test or PCR test before you come.

For the safety of all our patients, our practitioners and staff, patients with upper respiratory symptoms will not have admission to the waiting room.

Please wear your mask and keep 1.5m social distance in the clinic.

We also have doctors who specialise in sexual health checks, pre-employment assessments, worker compensations, pap smears, childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations and flu vaccinations.

Management of Your Personal Health Information

Your personal health information is collected and used directly in association with your health care. They are confidential documents. It is the policy of this surgery to maintain security of medical records at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. All members of staff at this practice have signed a confidentiality agreement. All tenanted doctors have signed confidentiality agreements as part of their service agreement contracts. If you have any concerns about your health information privacy, please read the privacy policy pamphlet located at reception or let your doctor or practice manager know. If at any time you wish to access information in your health record, please call reception and leave a message for the practice manager. If you wish to transfer your health records from a previous practice you attended, reception can provide you with a form that authorises the transfer of your records to us. Please be aware that some practices charge an administration fee for the transfer of patient records.
